Honey lamb ribs
Hello everyone! Would you like a meat dish something different?. Today I am going to tell you how you can prepare some honey lamb ribsIt is a very easy recipe to prepare, the ingredients are very simple and it practically prepares itself, since we will only have to marinate the ribs and then put them in the oven until they are done. And besides all this, they are very tasty!
Preparation time 5 min.
Baking time: 40 min. approx.
Difficulty level: Easy
Ingredients:
- Rack of lamb
- 1 cebolla
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
For the garnish:
- In this case, carrots.
Preparation:
In a large bowl we are going to add the diced onion, the sliced garlic clove, the two tablespoons of honey, the tablespoon of olive oil, the salt and the pepper. Mix well and introduce the ribs, stirring so that they are well impregnated with the mixture that we have made. We let them marinate for 1 hour.
After that time we will turn on the oven so that it warms up, we will lightly grease a baking tray and place the ribs in it. In the container that we have used to marinate them, we are going to add a glass of water, stir and add it to the tray. In my case I also added a background of carrots cut into slices. We put the tray in the oven and let it cook for approximately 40 minutes at 180ºC (The time and temperature are indicative, they may vary from one oven to another).
When serving ...
I served them with a little carrots but the accompaniment could have been something else like potatoes, a salad or a mixture of steamed vegetables, for example.
Recipe suggestions:
- The amount of honey can be varied if desired.
- This mash can also be used with chops.
- You can give it an even more original touch by adding the juice of half a lemon, a little rosemary or thyme.
The best…
As you can see, it is practically made by itself, which allows us to do other things during the mashing and baking time.
