Homemade tartar sauce

At home we have been very fans of tartar sauce, and well we still are. It is the perfect accompaniment to a braised ham sandwich ... mmnn what a delight. We had never really done it before, and after doing it we are definitely never going to buy it. The ideal is to make it a few hours before we are going to consume it, so its ingredients will be at their best 😉 And enjoy !!

This sauce will make any boring veggie sandwich truly a delight. But hey that we not only use it for this, it is also perfect to accompany a good grilled salmon.
