Home made meat balls

Home made meat balls, a dish that everyone will surely like. A homemade dish that brings back those memories of grandmothers, how good their meatballs were.
I continue with the tradition, with my mother's recipe, for me they are the best, because even if they are similar, in each house they have their touch.
These homemade meatballs are made with natural tomato they are very soft and a light and rich sauce for dipping bread.

Preparation
  1. To prepare the homemade meatballs, we will start by preparing the meat. We will put the minced meat in a bowl, add the minced garlic, the parsley and the egg. We will mix everything well, cover and leave it in the fridge for a few hours to take on the flavors. You can make this the night before.
  2. After this time we prepare the meatballs. We put flour in a bowl and we will make the balls of meatballs we will pass them through the flour. On the other hand we put a frying pan with oil over a little high heat, when they are hot we will fry the meatballs, you just have to brown them on the outside. We will take them out and reserve them.
  3. We grate the tomatoes and chop the onion and garlic.
  4. We put a casserole on the fire, add a little oil and put the onion and minced garlic. We will leave over medium heat to cook a little. About 3-4 minutes.
  5. When it begins to take color, add the tomato, stir and add the fried tomato. We let it cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate and add a glass of water. Now would be the time to put the meatballs, but if you like the sauce without any bumps I will grind it at this time.
  7. Add the meatballs, a little salt and cook for about 20 minutes. If necessary we add more water. When they are almost ready, we taste the salt and rectify.
  8. And ready!
