Homemade Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  • 500 gr. chicken minced meat
  • Chunks of serrano ham
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A little chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Salt pepper
  • Buy
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Bread for hamburgers (Cereal bread)

Preparation
  1. We put a bowl, we add the minced meat, we add the very minced ham, the minced garlic, the chopped parsley we mix, we beat the egg a little and we add it, stir, we add the breadcrumbs a little salt and pepper.
  2. We mix everything very well until all the ingredients are well united. We will put this in the fridge and leave it for at least an hour, if it can be more, much better so that the meat takes on the flavors better.
  3. Once the meat is there, we prepare a grill over the fire, put a little oil, with our hands we make balls with the meat, crush them and leave them as thick as we like.
  4. We are putting them on the grill over medium heat, when it is golden on one side we turn them until it is golden on both sides.
  5. We open the bread, add a little mayonnaise on each piece of bread, put a hamburger, a slice of tomato, a few slices of onion and lettuce.
  6. We put on a plate with a little more salad. And ready to eat some delicious hamburgers.
