Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion.
  • 3 small carrots.
  • 200 g of White rice.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Olive oil.
  • Pinch of salt.

Preparation

Firstly, we will chop the onion and carrots In small cubes and we will poach them in a small frying pan with a good base of olive oil. When it has diminished and the onion has taken color, we will remove from the heat and put this poaching on a strainer to eliminate the excess oil.

On the other hand, while the vegetables are poached, we will have the white rice in a bowl broad and we will add a good handful of grated cheese, the two eggs. Stirring a little so that the ingredients are well distributed.
