These rolls of  puff pastry stuffed with ham and cheese they are very simple to make and are delicious. We can prepare them for an aperitif, as a starter or for an informal dinner.

Preparation
  1. We put the oven to heat the oven to 200ºC,
  2. Unroll the puff pastry on the paper it brings, place the slices of sweet ham throughout the dough, then place the slices of cheese that are good to melt.
  3. Slowly roll the puff pastry into a roll shape, glue the edges of the puff pastry with a little water.
  4. We cut the ends of the roll and cut the puff pastry roll into discs one finger thick and we are placing them on a baking tray where we will have put a sheet of baking paper, we will put them a little apart from each other, because when the puff pastry get bigger.
  5. We beat an egg and paint the ham and cheese puff pastry rolls with a kitchen brush, we can put some sesame seeds or some pipes on top.
  6. We put them in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is cooked and golden, when they are we take them out and let them warm, they can be eaten cold or hot.
