Ham and cheese omelette

When I have to prepare a meal in five minutes, I usually have to decide between two options, or I prepare a sandwich or an omelette. It is rare that someone does not know how to prepare an omelette, although we do not all use the same procedure. Today we will make the super express according to my custom, I hope this recipe will serve you when you do not want to be in the kitchen a lot. Omelettes can be filled with a wide variety of ingredients, today I have decided on ham and cheese.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS (for 1 person)

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cream
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • young sprouts and corn

We beat the eggs with the cream, and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and add the beaten eggs. Then we arrange the cheese and ham in the middle.

When the egg is set, we fold it, passing one half over the other. If we want it juicy, we immediately remove it by folding it. I prefer it more dry, so we are going to leave it for a few more seconds.

We put it on a plate and accompany it with a sprout and corn salad.

You can put a slice of bread in the same pan and toast it on both sides. Then you arrange it on the plate and put the omelette on top of the bread.
