Ingredients

Preparation
  1. To prepare the dumplings stuffed with ham and cheese, first of all we will put the dumplings discs on the counter, leaving their paper behind.
  2. We will put a slice of ham on each dumpling disc, which is not too big, we will put it in the center so that we can seal them later.
  3. On the ham we will put the slice of cheese.
  4. Now we will fold the dumplings and seal the edges with the help of a fork. You can shape a package and thus make them different.
  5. We take the `baking plate, in it we put a sheet of greaseproof paper, we will put the dumplings on the baking tray. We beat the egg and with the help of a brush we will paint the dumplings.
  6. We put the tray in the center preheated to 180º C with heat up and down. When they are golden, we take them out.
  7. We pass them to a source and they will be ready to eat!
