Hake, ham and vegetable skewers
With the arrival of Summer, we all prepare to keep the line with healthy and delicious recipe. Well, today we present you this delicious recipe for skewers of hake wrapped with serrano ham and accompanied by some simple vegetables.
This way of eating must always be maintained, since it is healthy and balanced for our body. In this way, this recipe can serve you as lunch or dinner in the slimming diets which are the order of the day at the moment.
Ingredients
- 3 hake loins.
- 6 slices of Serrano ham.
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red tomato
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Lemon.
- Parsley.
- Thyme.
- Ground black pepper
Preparation
First, we will put the hake loins, we will salt and pepper them and we will add parsley and thyme. Then, we will add the juice of a lemon and let them marinate for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, we will cut the pepper and tomato sliced at least 1,5 cm thick. In addition, we are preparing the slices of Serrano ham.
Then, we will cut each hake fillet in half, and each half the we will wrap in a slice of ham Highlander. Now we will insert each loin wrapped in ham with a piece of pepper and one of tomato to make the skewers.
Finally, we will pass each skewer on a griddle or in a frying pan hot and a drizzle of olive oil. When removing them we will add a little salt to the vegetables.
