Hake fillets with mashed potatoes

The plate of food that we will prepare today is an excellent food for the whole family to enjoy and is a different option to incorporate this delicious fish with a high content of minerals and iron.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo of hake fillets
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup of white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons oregano
chopped parsley for sprinkling, to taste
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
1 container of mashed potatoes

Preparation:

Pour the skimmed milk, the wine, the cornstarch, the olive oil, the oregano into a pot, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix them well and cook over low heat until the preparation thickens.

After this step, arrange the fish fillets in the pot and cook them for approximately 15 minutes. Separately, prepare the mashed potatoes, according to the directions on the package and finally, remove them and serve the fillets sprinkled with chopped parsley and a portion of mashed potatoes.
