Our proposal today is light, very light! The hake fillets with vegetables Cooked dishes that we prepare today are a great resource for those who are on a diet or take care of your diet. It can be served as a second course at lunch or as a single course at dinner.
Fish can be cooked to the iron or steamed; taking advantage of the heat of the cooking of the vegetables. These in addition to flavor add color to the recipe, making it more attractive. Today we have used hake fillets, but you can bet on other fish: panga, cod, monkfish or perch, among others.
- 4 hake fillets
- 1 potato
- Carrots 2
- 1 glass of peas
- 12 green beans

- We wash and peel the potato and carrots. The we cut into squares small to reduce cooking time.
