Preparation
  1. To prepare the fish coated in cornmeal, first we will clean the fish, remove the spine from the middle and the one from the sides, cut it into pieces. We can ask for this at the fishmonger and they sure clean it very well.
  2. We salt the pieces of fish, in a bowl we put corn flour and in another we beat the two eggs.
  3. We put a frying pan with plenty of oil over medium heat. We will pass the pieces of fish first through cornmeal and then through the egg, we will add them to the pan with the hot oil.
  4. We will let them cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until we have all the pieces of fish done.
  5. When we take out the pieces of fish we will put them on a plate where we will have kitchen paper, we will put the pieces of fish so that they release all the oil that they release.
  6. We will put them in a serving platter.
  7. We can accompany the fish with a mayonnaise sauce and a salad, so we will have a full meal or dinner.
