Ingredients

  • 250 g of frozen peas.
  • 3-4 slices of Serrano ham.
  • 1/4 onion.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • Water.
  • Olive oil.
  • White wine.
  • Ground black pepper
  • Oregano.
  • Thyme.

Preparation

First, we must cook the peas in salted water for about 20 minutes. After that time we will drain them and reserve it for later.

Then we will chop the onion and garlic very finely to poach them in a frying pan with a good drizzle of olive oil. Then, we will chop the ham and add it to the pan, stirring well to bind the flavors.

Lastly, we will incorporate the peas to the pan and add the thyme, oregano and ground pepper. Sauté and add a glass of white wine, letting it cook for another 5 minutes.
