Pasta with peas and serrano ham
I love these types of recipes: simple, fast and delicious. Little more than 20 minutes It will take time to prepare this pasta dish with peas and ham that the whole family likes, I tell you from experience !. With dishes like this, there is no excuse not to get into the kitchen.
Pasta is very useful and very versatile; We are always looking for new ways and ways to cook it. You can prepare it to the boscaiola, a la carbonara or like me today, with peas and ham cubes. Two ingredients, by the way, that are never lacking in my pantry.
Ingredients
For two people
- 250g. pasta
- 1 cebolla
- 160g. peas
- 100g. of serrano ham in small cubes
- 200ml. of liquid cream
- 50g. grated cheese
- Pepper
- Sal Island
- Olive Oil
Crafting
We chop the onion, very thin, and sauté it in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil until tender.
Next, we add the tacos de ham and peas and we sauté them.
We incorporate the cream Liquid, season and let it thicken a little until it reaches the desired consistency.
While in a pot with plenty of water we cook the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, we drain it and we mix together with the sauce in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
Notes
It is a dish that is very well gratinated. Put it in the oven at maximum temperature 5-10 minutes and you will have it ready to taste.
