Today we prepare a classic in Cooking Recipes: green beans with ham. A healthy, light and flavorful dish that is prepared quickly and without complications. One of those that we like to add to our weekly menu although not everyone takes it with the same enthusiasm at home.
To these green beans with ham we also add potato and boiled egg. To what end? With the goal of making the dish more attractive to those who are not convinced by green beans and vegetables, in general. It is also undeniable that they add color and flavor to the dish, so you decide.
- 550 g. clean and chopped green beans
- 1 large potato
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g. of ham in cubes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sal Island
- ⅓ teaspoon of sweet paprika
- We start by peeling the potato and chopping it. Then we cook next to the beans Greens well steamed well in salted water. About 20 minutes or until green beans are al dente.
- Once both ingredients are cooked, drain well and place in a source. We chop the boiled egg to incorporate it as well.
- To finish we prepare a sauce. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the peeled and beaten garlic cloves. When these begin to take color, add the ham cubes and sauté for a few seconds.
- We remove the pan from the heat and we incorporate the paprika. Stir and sprinkle the beans with the sauce.
- We serve the beans hot.
