Green beans with bacon and egg

Hello girls! Today I have brought you a very healthy recipe, a sauté of green beans with egg and bacon. Perfect idea to make a light dinner with few ingredients, but very tasty.

All the  green beans It is a very nutritious food, which contains 90% water. It is also rich in fiber and has no fat and only very few calories, which makes it a very important food in weight loss diets. On the other hand, it is very important to provide this food to children since they help their good training and, also, prevent any deficiency during their growth.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of green beans.
  • 100 g of smoked bacon.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • Water.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tablet of avecrem.

Preparation

To begin we will have to have the beans very clean. To do this, we will wash them very well under the tap, then we will cut the tips and the threads that they have on the sides. Then the we will cook in plenty of water for about 8-10 min, with a little salt and half a pill of avecrem. Be careful when you go over salt, since the avecrem pill is a concentrate that gives it a lot of flavor, so I advise you to take a little and then rectify if necessary.

While the green beans they are cooked, we prepare the other ingredients. We will cut the garlic into very thin slices and the bacon into strips. Then we fry it over low heat in a pan with a good background of olive oil.

When green beans are cooked we will add them to the pan and stir so that all the flavors of the ingredients are liquefied.

Finally, we will add the two eggs and remove and we will skip well until the egg is completely set. We will taste for salt and rectify if necessary. I hope you enjoy this succulent dish, for me it is one of many favorite dishes. Enjoy yourself!
