Ingredients
  • 2 packages of toasted cookies
  • 1 envelope of flan preparation
  • Hot chocolate
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • Sugar

Preparation
  1. First we have to prepare the chocolate, use half a liter of milk and add cocoa until you get a thick chocolate.
  2. In another saucepan, we are preparing the flan according to the instructions indicated by the manufacturer.
  3. We are preparing the mold, it is preferable that it be made of glass so that the cake does not stick.
  4. First, we are placing a base of cookies to see what we are going to need, if there is any gap, use pieces of cookie until the entire bottom is covered.
  5. Once you have it ready, go dipping the cookies in milk one by one and placing them in the mold.
  6. Now we have to start to assemble the cake, first we put a layer of flan on the base of the cookies.
  7. Spread the flan well so that the entire base is covered.
  8. We cover with another layer of cookies dipped in milk.
  9. The next layer will be chocolate, spread a generous layer being careful to cover all the cookies.
  10. We put a layer of cookies soaked in milk again, covering well all the holes in the mold.
  11. Again we put a layer of flan, this time using everything that is left in the container.
  12. We put the last layer of cookies soaked in milk, you will need to put more cookies as you make the layers, since the mold will widen.
  13. Finally, we spread the last layer of chocolate to the cup.
  14. We place some toothpicks on the cake and cover with a plastic wrap.
  15. Let it temper for about 15 minutes before putting it in the refrigerator.
  16. To finish, we leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, the longer the cake will be richer.

Notes
The cookies can be rectangular or round, depending on the shape of your mold you can use one or the other.
