Cracked chocolate cookies, a real temptation

Cracked Chocolate Cookies

With these chocolate cookies you can only get it right. The smell that the chocolate gives off when it is melted in a bain-marie makes it enjoyable from the first moment of preparing this simple recipe, a recipe that children can collaborate on now that they are on vacation.

After baking, you get some cookies with a nice cracked appearance and an intense chocolate flavor. I try to make them in the afternoon, because I like their texture better once they rest overnight, but it's a matter of taste. Freshly made but once cold they will surprise you with their crunchy exterior and somewhat softer heart. A temptation that is difficult to resist, what chocolate cookie it is not?

Crafting

We chop the chocolate and we melt to the bain-marie in a large saucepan.

Once the chocolate is tempered, add the brown sugar, the oil and the beaten eggs and beat with the electric rods.

Next we add the yeast, the salt and we will incorporate sifted flour little by little with the help of a manual rod or a wooden spoon.

We let the dough rest thick that we have obtained approximately 15 minutes, while we preheat the oven to 190º.

After that time and with the help of two spoons, we form balls the size of a walnut and batter them in icing sugar. We place the balls on the baking tray on parchment paper with a space (2 cm.) Between one and the other.

Bake 15 minutes and let the cookies cool on a rack before reserving them in a hermetically sealed container.
