Fruit and cereal smoothie

A rich, healthy and nutritious smoothie is the start of a day full of energy, ideal for students and those who do a lot of sports.


2 glasses of milk
1 can of peaches in syrup with the juice
4 large strawberries
3 tablespoons of a whole grain cereal that you consume
3 tablespoons sugar


Put the milk, the chopped peaches, and their syrup, the strawberries previously washed and cut into 4 parts, the cereal and the sugar in the blender, close the lid of the blender and blend well.

Put the content in 3 long glasses you can decorate the rim with a piece of fruit.
