2 glasses of milk
1 can of peaches in syrup with the juice
4 large strawberries
3 tablespoons of a whole grain cereal that you consume

Preparation
Put the milk, the chopped peaches, and their syrup, the strawberries previously washed and cut into 4 parts, the cereal and the sugar in the blender, close the lid of the blender and blend well.
