Fried tuna dumplings

Fried tuna dumplings. Today I bring you the classic tuna and tomato fried dumplings that cannot be missing from our recipe book. I think that almost all of us like dumplings, they are a delight. They can be prepared in many ways, they admit countless fillings but the tuna ones are the most consumed and rich. This time I have made them fried, but they can also be baked.

The dumplings recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. They are ideal to prepare as an aperitif or as a side dish…. Surely everyone will like it.

Ingredients
  • 1 package of dough for dumplings
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 small cans of tuna in oil
  • Fried tomato, 100gr.
  • 1 glass of olive oil for frying

Preparation
  1. We will put a saucepan with water when it starts to boil we will add the eggs, when they are cooked we will let them cool, peel them and chop them into small pieces.
  2. We will add the drained tuna cans and mix.
  3. Then we will add the fried tomato, the amount of tomato will be to the taste of each one, I like it to be juicy.
  4. We will mix everything well.
  5. We take the wafers, put them on the counter and with a spoon we will put the filling, being careful not to overdo it, to be able to close them.
  6. We will close them and seal them with the fork.
  7. We put a frying pan with olive oil, when it is hot we will fry the dumplings, we will leave them for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
  8. We take them out and we will put them on a plate with kitchen paper so that they absorb all the oil.
  9. If you want to prepare more quantity and freeze them they will be very good,
  10. And they will be ready to eat
