They can be prepared in many ways, they admit countless fillings but the tuna ones are the most consumed and rich. This time I have made them fried, but they can also be baked.
The dumplings recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. They are ideal to prepare as an aperitif or as a side dish…. Surely everyone will like it.

Ingredients
- 1 package of dough for dumplings
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 small cans of tuna in oil
- Fried tomato, 100gr.
- 1 glass of olive oil for frying
Preparation
- We will put a saucepan with water when it starts to boil we will add the eggs, when they are cooked we will let them cool, peel them and chop them into small pieces.
- We will add the drained tuna cans and mix.
- Then we will add the fried tomato, the amount of tomato will be to the taste of each one, I like it to be juicy.
- We will mix everything well.
- We take the wafers, put them on the counter and with a spoon we will put the filling, being careful not to overdo it, to be able to close them.
- We will close them and seal them with the fork.
- We put a frying pan with olive oil, when it is hot we will fry the dumplings, we will leave them for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
- We take them out and we will put them on a plate with kitchen paper so that they absorb all the oil.
- If you want to prepare more quantity and freeze them they will be very good,
- And they will be ready to eat
