Fried aubergines with honey

Preparation
  1. We wash the aubergine and cut into ½ cm slices. We salt them and place them in a colander or a bowl to release the water and then not make us bitter. We will leave them for about 30 minutes.
  2. Once this time has passed, we clean them with kitchen paper and remove the excess water and salt.
  3. We put a pan with plenty of oil to heat, on the other hand we will put a bowl with flour.
  4. We pass the eggplant slices through the flour and when the oil is hot, we fry the aubergines in batches until they are golden brown.
  5. We will have a plate with kitchen paper and as they are fried we will put them on the plate so that it absorbs all the oil.
  6. Place the aubergines on a plate or in a source and pour a good jet of honey over all the aubergines. If you want the honey lighter, heat the honey in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of water, it will be more liquid and we will add it over the aubergines.
  7. And it will be ready to eat. Delicious !!!
