Ingredients
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 envelope prepared for flan
- 6-8 tablespoons of sugar
- Sunflower oil
- 1 package of dumplings
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
- To make the fried dumplings stuffed with flan we will start by preparing the flan, we will follow the steps of the manufacturer.
- We put the milk indicated on the envelope to heat in a saucepan, removing a part that we reserve in a glass. We add the sugar to the milk that we have on the fire, we will be stirring so that it dissolves well.
- In the glass where we have the milk that we have reserved, add the envelope of flan, stir and mix well until it is well discarded and there are no lumps.
- When the milk that we have on the fire begins to boil, we add what is in the glass, stirring without stopping until it begins to thicken.
- Once the cream is thick, remove from heat. We let it cool.
- We put the dumpling dough on the counter, and in each dough a spoonful of cream, we close the dough sealing the edges with a fork.
- Heat a pan with plenty of oil over medium heat, when it is hot add the dumplings, fry them on both sides for a couple of minutes or until they are golden brown.
- We remove when they are, we will put them on a plate where we will have a sheet of kitchen paper to release the excess oil.
- Put the dumplings on a serving platter, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
