Ingredients
  • 1 plátano
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Sugar glass
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. In a small frying pan we put a few drops of mild olive oil to heat. While it is heating up, we peel the banana and we cut it into slices neither too thin nor too thick.
  2. When the oil is hot, we fry it and add a little powdered icing sugar. When the banana is browned on one side, we turn it over and do the same process: sprinkle a little icing sugar.
  3. When it is golden brown on both sides, remove it from the heat, set it aside on a flat plate and add a little ground cinnamon.
  4. And we serve!

Notes
If you don't like cinnamon, you can add a little liquid caramel or some flavored syrup, such as chocolate or strawberry.

Good afternoon, my name is Laurent and you are in complete error. I am Cuban and sugar has never been added, much less cinnamon. The banana itself is sweet. So if you want to call it a typical Cuban dish, don't add cinnamon or sugar.
