We start the week with some fresh sausages with tomato sauce, a dish where the little ones will enjoy since they like it a lot and the older ones too.

Sausages with tomato is a homemade recipe very simple to prepare, with a good homemade tomato sauceThey are very good for us and it only remains to accompany it with some fried potatoes or a cooked white rice that goes very well and is a very complete dish.

Ingredients
  • Sausages (16 units)
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 500 gr. natural crushed tomato
  • Fried tomato 4 tablespoons
  • White wine ½ glass (100ml.)
  • ½ glass of water (100ml.) Or broth
  • Oil Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Preparation
  1. First we will put a pan with a little oil and brown the sausages, remove and reserve.
  2. In the same pan we put a little more oil and put the minced garlic, followed by the chopped onion and let it fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. When we see that the onion begins to take color, add the crushed tomato and the fried tomato, let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. After this time we add the glass of white wine, let it cook for a few minutes and add the half glass of water. If you do not like finding the onion pieces, this would be the time to crush the sauce and so it is a little softer.
  5. Add the sausages to the sauce, add a little salt, black pepper and oregano to taste and let it cook all together until the sauce is ready, about 15 minutes.
  6. We will taste it and rectify it with salt.
  7. To finish, it only remains to accompany it with a garnish of cooked rice, potatoes, vegetables ...
  8. And ready to serve.
