White chocolate flan, weekend special
Yes Yes Yes!!, It's Friday at last!, and to celebrate it I have proposed this rich flan of white chocolate, so that you can enjoy the weekend with a very rich and sweet dessert, based on chocolate, which most women love.
Sometimes, there is the old legend that chocolate makes you fat, of course, if you eat a tablet by yourself, obviously, if you don't burn that fat you will get fat. However, chocolate has a high percentage of calcium, so it becomes a healthy food for the bones, but never in excess.
Ingredients
- 1/2 liter of milk.
- 1/2 cinnamon stick.
- 100 g of sugar.
- 120 g of white chocolate.
- 4 eggs.
- Honey to decorate.
For the candy:
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Pinch of water
Preparation
First of all, we will have to do a caramel blonde. To do this, we will place the two tablespoons of sugar in a small saucepan and moisten it with a little water, and we will bring it to a low heat until it takes the desired color.
While the candy is being made, we are making the flan base. First, we will have to boil the milk along with half a cinnamon stick. Then, we will strain and pour it into a container where we have put the chopped white chocolate, we will stir it well until it melts, and we will reserve.
In a separate bowl we will mix the eggs with the sugar with a rod, and then add the base of the flan.
Finally, we will place the caramel at the base of the mould for the flan and, later, we will pour the base into the same mold. If you prefer, you can distribute it in independent flaneras. We will put it in the oven, in a water bath, for 25-30 min at 170ºC. Cool and unmold.
