The cocas can be prepared sweet or salty, This type of coca is prepared by making a bread dough, but if you don't want to complicate it too much, the puff pastry is very good and crunchy, you just have to pierce the entire base of the dough with a fork so that it does not swell and the puff pastry.

Ingredients
- 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet
- 2 eggplants
- 2 peppers
- 1 can of anchovies
- Pitted black olives
- Oil and salt
Preparation
- We turn the oven to 180ºC, we roast the vegetables, wash them, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with a little oil and salt and leave them in the oven until they are roasted, we will turn them over, about 40-45 minutes .
- When they are, we take them out of the oven and let them cool covered with a kitchen cloth.
- When they are cold, we will remove the skin from the peppers and clean the seeds they have inside, cut them into strips, also cut the aubergines into strips and leave the skin if you like.
- We put the oven again to preheat to 200º, we put the puff pastry base on a baking tray and with a fork we will pierce the entire dough, we will put strips of peppers and aubergines, we will put one of each or as you like and a A drizzle of oil all over, we put it in the oven for 10 minutes, put some anchovies on top, some black olives and we put it again for 5 minutes or until the dough is done.
- We take it out, put another splash of oil on top and ready to eat !!!
