Last week the temperatures were so pleasant that at home we began to cook as if it were already summer. This week time has taken care of returning them to normality. But this will not be the last time we will prepare pasta salad with tomato and fresh cheese that we propose today.
The fact that helped and grateful They are pasta salads. It is enough to open the fridge and the pantry, choose three or four ingredients and combine them with the pasta to have a round and fresh meal. At home we choose tomato and cheese as main accompaniments but not unique.
Hearts, onion and dates They are also part of the salad that you can dress traditionally with olive oil and vinegar. You don't need more! Do you dare to prepare it? It is a great proposal to take in the tupper to the beach or the countryside this summer, don't you agree?
The recipe
- 4 handfuls of macaroni
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 chive
- 1 bud
- 200 g. tuna in olive oil
- 250g. fresh cheese
- Dates
- Buy
- Vinegar
- salt black pepper
- We start cooking the pasta with plenty of salted water, following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Meanwhile, we prepare the rest of the ingredients. Dicing the tomatoes and placing these in a bowl or salad bowl.
- After we chop a spring onion and add it to the bowl
- We also add the chopped heart and the slightly drained tuna.
- Finally, we incorporate the chopped dates.
- When the pasta is ready, we cool it under the tap of cold water and drain it well.
- We mix the pasta with the rest of the ingredients and season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
- We enjoyed the pasta salad with fresh tomato and cheese.
