You can have it for breakfast, as a snack or as a light dinner. This fresh cheese toast and sautéed peaches that I propose today is valid for a whole and a stranger. And it is so easy to prepare ... now that the peach is in season you will not have a problem, in addition, to choose some ripe ones.
Combine cheese and fruit it is always a success. The ideal for this recipe would be to use cottage cheese, but it is not a product that I can find close to home, so I used it with a homemade fresh cheese that did not detract from the first one. Use the one you have at home or you can get more easily.
Regarding peaches, choose mature pieces. So with a light sauté you will have them browned. Doesn't your mouth water? Preparing this toast will only take 15 minutes of your time, and what is 15 minutes for such a reward?
