Spinach, salmon and pistachio salad
La spinach and salmon salad Smoked is a light salad, perfect for those who are on a diet. Spinach is an excellent natural source of vitamins, fibers, and minerals. Low in calories and fat-free, they combine perfectly with smoked salmon.
The salad can be completed with nuts. It is great with pistachios, but you can substitute them for walnuts or cashews. These will increase the caloric intake of the dish so they should be added in moderation. Ingredients
For two people
- Fresh spinach
- 100 g. smoked salmon
- 12 pistachios
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Crafting
We wash the spinach well, drain them and place them as a base in a salad bowl.
Next, we place some slices of smoked salmon in the shape of a "flower".
We distribute the pistachios all over the salad.
Finally, we prepare the dressing beating the oil with the vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
We water the salad and we serve.
