Spinach, salmon and pistachio salad

The salad can be completed with nuts. It is great with pistachios, but you can substitute them for walnuts or cashews. Ingredients

For two people

• Fresh spinach
• 100 g. smoked salmon
• 12 pistachios
• 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• A pinch of salt
• Pinch of pepper

Crafting

We wash the spinach well, drain them and place them as a base in a salad bowl.

Next, we place some slices of smoked salmon in the shape of a "flower".

We distribute the pistachios all over the salad.

Finally, we prepare the dressing beating the oil with the vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

We water the salad and we serve.
