If you are looking for a simple dessert with which conquer your guests you have it in front of you! This easy tiramisu in a glass will not take up much time and is very convenient when you have guests. You can prepare it first thing in the morning and leave it in the fridge until it is time to serve it.
Layers of two different preparations are interspersed in this tiramisu. Of the first, the soletilla sponge cakes and black coffee are the protagonists. From the second mascarpone cheese, eggs and sugar, with which a very soft aerated cream. But we're not done.

The recipe
- A cup of coffee
- 12 sponge cakes
- Yolks 2
- Egg whites 2
- 50 g. of sugar
- 210 g. mascarpone cheese
- grated chocolate or cocoa powder
- We prepare a cup of coffee and let it cool until it is at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream. To do this, beat two egg yolks with the sugar until foamy. Then add the mascarpone cheese and beat again.
- We mount the egg whites about nine and incorporate them into the cream with enveloping movements, to achieve an airy cream. Once done we reserve the cream.
- We prepare three glasses.
- We put the coffee on a plate and we soak the biscuits in this. We place part of these soaked biscuits at the base of the glasses.
- Then add a little mascarpone cream.
- We again alternate a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee and another of mascarpone cream, up to the edge of the glass.
- Cover with plastic wrap and We put the cups in the fridge.
- Shortly before serving, when removing the glasses from the fridge, Cover with grated chocolate or cocoa.
- We serve the easy tiramisu in a cold glass.
