Today we wanted to flee from the typical lettuce and tomato salad that usually adorns our center of table at lunchtime and we have opted for this delicious salad of seasoned beet.
Beets have many health benefits, some of these being:
- Lower blood pressure.
- Boost our capacity when it comes to exercise.
- Fight inflammation.
- Has numerous anti-cancer properties.
- Es rich in nutrients and fiber.
- Purifies the blood and liver, making it ideal for those two detox days prior to any diet.
Dressed beet
Dressed beet is delicious to accompany any meal, especially meat and fish.

Ingredients
- 1 beet already cooked
- 3 minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Apple vinager
- Black pepper
- Fine salt
Preparation
- We cut the beet (already cooked) in small thin slices. We arrange them all on a large flat plate with the intention of continuing to pour the rest of the ingredients over them.
- We peel the garlic and we cut them into very small pieces to pour over the beets (we add 3 but that depends on what you like garlic). The next thing will be to pour a little olive oil, apple cider vinegar, a little bit of black pepper and fine salt.
- And ready! Different salad, with a super intense color and a different but rich flavor.
Notes
You can add other types of spices such as Comino or oreganoin addition to black pepper or instead.

The beet, that's how it is called in Chile, as a salad, raw striped in the long part of the grater, with lemon, coriander onions and oil mmmm is delicious.
