Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
3 large tomatoes
3 eggplants
Sal Island

Preparation
Wash the tomatoes very well, the cucumbers and the aubergines, to the latter, cut them into slices lengthwise not too thick or too thin and dry them well, in a biferous with a few strokes of oil.Grill the aubergines on both sides, with a pinch of salt and reserve.
Cut the cucumbers into translucent slices, the tomatoes into small cubes and the aubergines in strips and put everything in a glass dish, mix and season with salt and olive oil, mix again and take to the table.
