It is said, it is commented that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It must be one of those absolute truths that some pass Olympically and others, very clever they, have made their market niche (the whole issue brunch, impossible smoothie franchises with everything in the fridge and more, video tutorials on how to make the perfect bowl of oatmeal ... etc ... etc ...). We would all love to have breakfast in a loop, but in real life ... we usually make coffee while we shower and chew a toast-cookie while we finish dressing (and that's how it goes folks ... that's how it goes). Today I put on the table my discovery of the week: crunchy peanut and pistachio, and with this I re-discover the wonderful universe of the trompe l'oeil (It seems one thing, but it is another ... aká magic).
This recipe, very easy and inexpensive, will give you the necessary energy to deal with all the typical setbacks of everyday life (the one that does not appear in the photo of the magnificent weekend breakfasts that you upload to social networks).
- 300 grams of brown sugar
- 250 grams of butter
- 360 gr of pistachios and peanuts (with the proportion you want)
- Salt (to give the palate a good shake)
- We crush the brown sugar.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar.
- We stir constantly until the dough is well linked.
- Add the crushed nuts and a little warm (we go through the pan before)
- We spread on tartlet molds (aluminum) and let cool.
- READY TO ENJOY
