macaroni and hard boiled eggs
We already have the ingredients, we start with the preparation. While we prepare the ingredients, we remove the puff pastry from the freezer. In a casserole with boiling water, add the macaroni and a couple of eggs.

minced meat with sofrito
In another pan we put the minced meat so that it is done and we add a little crushed tomato and we let it be done with the meat, until the sauce thickens a little.

macaroni with mixed ingredients
When we have all the parts, we join them, the hard-boiled eggs in pieces, the ham in tacos, the grated cheese, the minced meat with the tomato and the macaroni. We mix well and it will be ready.

mold with puff pastry mounted
On the other hand we stretch puff pastry with a rolling pin, It should be noted that if it is stretched it loses the ability to lift, not all but most of it. We spread a baking dish with a little margarine or butter, this ingredient acts as a kitchen glue if we join it with the puff pastry. When we have the dough stretched we put it in the mold, cutting it into pieces so that they enter the mold.

mold filled with macaroni
We already have the mold assembled, now we put mix it with the macaroni and squeeze it well, so that when cutting it has the shape of a swarm.

crust covered with puff pastry
We cover the mold with another sheet of puff pastry and paint it. It only remains to bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. We must control the oven so that it does not burn. Once we have the finished crust, we de-mold it and ready to serve.
