Today a recipe to recycle a little. The other day I prepared boiled rice To serve with tomato and I had some rice left over, so nothing, I decided to find a solution so I wouldn't have to throw it away.

Ingredients:
- boiled rice
- eggs
- bread crumbs
- shawl
- 1 garlic clove
- oil
We already have the ingredients, so let's get to it. Logically I have not put the amount because it can depend on many things, on the rice that we have left over or if we want to make them just because.
We start by mixing the rice, with the egg, we mince a garlic, add some salt and breadcrumbs, we unite well until we achieve a consistent mixture with which we can work without problems.
We put a pan with oil to heat it up and we shape the crunchy ones. I have given them an oval and flat shape. But it can be done to taste. Imagination is what you have.
When we see that they start to turn golden, We remove them on a tray with a little kitchen paper, so that they release the excess oil.
