Crispy chicken salad
All the salads they are a very rich and very healthy food. But sometimes, we need to innovate and give it a different touch of flavor and texture, as in this case we have used the typical frozen chicken breasts. In this way, we seek to give more life to our salads.
Making healthy recipes does not cost anything, with this salad it only took about 15 minutes. Thus, we prepare to lose those extra kilos and start with the operation bikini to show off a great body this Summer that is soon approaching.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen chicken breasts.
- Lettuce.
- Serrano ham.
- Wedge of semi-cured cheese.
- Sunflower oil.
For salsa:
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Squirt of juice from half a lemon.
- 2 teaspoons of honey.
- Oregano.
- Thyme.
- Vinegar.
Preparation
Firstly, we will cut the lettuce finely and we will wash it under the tap of the water. We will let them drain until the end so that they do not have any water.
Afterwards, we will fry in a frying pan with plenty of hot oil the frozen breasts. We will drain them on absorbent paper and cut them into medium strips.
While the oil is heating up, we cut the cheese and ham into medium dice. In addition, we will carry out our sauce or vinaigrette. To do this, in a small bowl we will add the ingredients of the same one and we mix it with some rods until obtaining a light sauce.
Lastly, we will plating the lettuce with the breasts on top, then the cheese and diced ham and, finally, we season everything with the vinaigrette.
