Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2-3 toast bread or pipe bread sticks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lime
  • salt (even garlic salt)
  • pepper

Preparation
  1. We crush the toasts or the pipe bread well with a mortar (we have to get a crunchy and textured batter, so it is not convenient to chop it completely).
  2. We beat an egg and season.
  3. With a knife, we open the avocado in half lengthwise, turn it and that is how it will open. We remove the skin and the bone with our fingers and cut as if they were apple wedges.
  4. We carefully dip the "segments" in the egg and breach.
  5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180º and place the segments in a tray with baking paper (aluminum foil is also good as a pet).
  6. Bake for 10 minutes and… READY.
  7. To finish off the dish, we can sprinkle the juice of half a lime on top and sprinkle a few coriander leaves ... DELICIOUS
