In summer cold dishes are the best to start a meal, the best known are the gazpachos that are now prepared very varied, in this case with cucumber and avocado, it is very good, it is prepared in a few minutes and it is good for us as a starter or for prepare some fresh shots.
A very healthy cream, with a very smooth texture and flavor.

Ingredients
- 500 gr. cucumber
- 2 avocados
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 30 ml. Of olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons vinegar
- ½ teaspoon oregano or basil
- Pepper
- Sal Island
- 1 glass of cold water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- To prepare the cold cucumber and avocado cream, we will start by putting water in the fridge, the water must be very cold.
- We peel the cucumbers, cut the avocados in half and remove the bone and skin. For this dish it is better that they are a little ripe.
- Once the cucumbers and avocados are peeled, we peel and cut the garlic into pieces.
- We put everything in a blender glass or in a robot.
- We add a little salt, pepper and some herb that you like this is optional.
- We add a splash of oil and vinegar.
- We crush it well until we get the texture that we like, we will add water as we need it and as we like the cream to remain.
- Once the cream is to our liking, we put it in a jar and leave it in the fridge until serving time.
- When we go to serve, we taste and finish dressing it to our liking. We add some ice cubes so that it doesn't get cold right away.
- We will accompany the cream with pieces of tomato, onion, finely chopped cucumber.
