Ingredients
  • 100 g. whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
  • Cocktail sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 cooked prawns
  • 15 crackers or toasts
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl we mix the cheese cream, mozzarella cheese and onion. Spread a tablespoon of the previous mixture on each toast.
  2. We cover with a teaspoon of cocktail sauce, previously mixed with a little English sauce, to taste!
  3. We place a prawn cooked on top.
  4. We decorate with a little black pepper powdered.
