And we continue with the salad recipes! If last Wednesday we brought you the recipe for a mixed salad, where the main ingredients were iceberg lettuce and sea delicacies, today we bring you this country salad where the most curious ingredient is diced ham. It is very good!
Eat it cold, with its point of olive oil, salt and vinegar and enjoy it now in summer, which is when these types of salads are most craved.
We leave you with the ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 normal lettuce leaves
- 1 tub of ham to tacos
- Bean sprouts
- Corn
- Grated carrot
- Grated beetroot
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Vinegar
Preparation
- Being a recipe for one person we will not need a bowl that is too large. We look for a medium one and we are adding all the ingredients one by one Seen above: we cut the lettuce leaves, add the ham packet to tacos (it comes already cut), the corn, the grated carrot and the grated beet, add the amount you want, depending on how you like these foods more or less.
- When all the ingredients are in the bowl, we only have season and stir: We add a generous drizzle of olive oil, salt and vinegar, and stir well.
- Ready to eat!
Notes
If you like grated cheese you can also add a little to it, it is also great.
