INGREDIENTS:

- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 g of chopped chorizo ​​or bacon.
- 200 g water
- 200 g of corn flour.
- Oil and salt

PROCESS:

- In a frying pan, fry the garlic, chopped peppers, and the chorizo ​​(or bacon). We drain the oil and leave both reserved.

- We mix the water with the flour and salt in a bowl and when we have a dough we add the previous oil until the crumbs are loose.

- We add what we have fried and mix everything. Then we put it in a large frying pan to fry it all a little so that the crumbs come out golden brown.
