Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower in florets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • A pinch of hot paprika
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • 1 cebolla great
  • 8-10 dates
  • A handful of peanuts (or pistachios, or hazelnuts, or…)

Preparation
  1. Cook the cauliflower florets in plenty of salted water for four minutes.
  2. We take advantage of that time to mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the paprika, a pinch of salt and another of pepper.
  3. Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain the florets and place them in a container suitable for the oven in which they fit extended. Pour the oil mixture and mix with your hands so that the florets are well impregnated with the mixture.
  4. Bake at 190ºC for 20 minutes or until cauliflower begins to brown.
  5. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté the onion in julienne until it takes color.
