Cold spaghetti salad

Many and many will think that you have to lose the extra pounds to show off a 10 body in summer, right? Well, to get started I help you with this rich light recipe of cold spaghetti salad, to gain strength to lift the weights in the gym.

Dieting is not a game, every meal has to be balanced and contain the necessary nutrients and essential calories so that our body feels strong and does not get tired.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of spaghetti.
  • 1 liter of water.
  • Salt
  • York ham.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 2 cans of tuna.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Olive oil.
  • Vinegar.

Preparation

To make this rich and quick recipe for cold spaghetti salad, the first thing we have to do is prepare is the spaghetti. To do this, we will put a tall casserole full of water to cook. When it starts to boil, we will add two handfuls of salt and add the spaghetti.

As I always tell you, you will have to look at the cooking time on the packaging and each manufacturer sets a certain time according to the ingredients you choose. More or less, it takes about 8 to 10 minutes. When this time passes, drain them, cool it and drizzle with a little oil so that do not cake.

At the same time that the spaghetti is cooking, we also put a small casserole to boil two or three eggs. These will be well cooked in 12 minutes. Cool them well and peel them.

While the pasta is cooking the eggs will go preparing the other ingredients. We will cut the york ham and the hard-boiled egg into small cubes and open the tuna cans. I have used these ingredients but you can put whatever you like the most, like some dried fruit.

Finally, present the spaghetti and top with the ham, the can of tuna and the hard-boiled egg. Then season with salt, oil and vinegar. If you prefer, you can also use a little light mayonnaise.
