Ingredients
  • 250 gr. desalted cod
  • 2 eggs
  • A glass of milk 100ml.
  • 1 2 dientes de ajo-

  • 4 tablespoons of flour (40-50 gr. Of flour)
  • ½ teaspoon yeast

Preparation
  1. The first thing will be to prepare the cod, we will soak it for 48 hours and we will change the water 3-4 times. It can also be purchased already desalted.
  2. In a bowl we put the eggs and the milk, we beat it.
  3. We add a couple of tablespoons of flour, the yeast, the garlic, the parsley and the cod, we mix it.
  4. Then we will add the missing flour, depending on how the dough is left.
  5. We let it rest for ½ hour in the fridge. We put a pan with enough oil and when it is very hot we will begin to prepare the fritters.
  6. We stir the dough well and with the help of a soup spoon we will take the dough and pour it into the pan.
  7. We will leave them for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side, we will remove it and we will put them on a plate with a kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
  8. They will be ready to serve. Warm are very good.
  9. It can be served with a sauce or aioli.
