Surely you already know the recipe for the yogurt cake. Simple, easy and very attractive. Well, to make it something “different”, we have added to the mass of the sponge cake a few tablespoons of Cocoa Valor. The result, the one you see. A great chocolate cake, fluffy and very good.

Ingredients:
- 1 chocolate yogurt.
- 3 eggs
- 1 measure of oil. (We will take the yogurt container for the measurements)
- 2 measures of sugar.
- 2 measures of cocoa Valor
- 3 measures of flour
- 1 sachet of yeast.
Preparation:
- First of all, we preheat the oven to 180º.
- The eggs are beaten together with the yogurt until a liquid mixture is obtained.
- The oil, sugar and cocoa are added, everything is mixed ensuring that there are no lumps
- Then the flour and yeast are added, and we beat well until we obtain a creamy and homogeneous dough.
- Join a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour so that the cake dough does not stick
- We grease a mold, pour the dough into the mold and introduce it into the central part of the oven.
- Let it cook for about 40 minutes until, when you pierce the dough with a toothpick, it comes out clean.
- Once cooked, it is removed from the oven and allowed to cool to room temperature and it will be ready to serve.
Recommendations:
For the cake to come out spongy it is very important to mix the ingredients in the order that is proposed.
