Chocolate coulant

Chocolate coulant, the ideal dessert for chocolate addicts. The chocolate coulant It is a delicious dessert of French origin, very simple to prepare and a dessert with which we can surprise our guests. They also call it chocolate volcano, because when this cake is broken, the melted chocolate comes out and it looks like a volcano.

It is a great recipe to prepare during these holidays and look very good, since we can prepare it in advance and put them in the oven at the last minute. You can also have them in the freezer. You put the dough in the molds and put them in the freezer, when there is very little left for dessert, put them directly in the oven, they will only need 3-4 minutes more than the time I put in the recipe.
