  • 500 gr. dried chickpeas
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 sausage
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • A spurt of oil

Preparation
  1. To make this chickpea dish with chorizo ​​and potatoes, we will first soak the chickpeas for about 12 hours. We will put them in a saucepan covered with water.
  2. We put the pot on the fire with a jet of oil. Chop the onion, add it to the pot and brown it a little. Then we cut the garlic and the chorizo ​​into pieces or slices, add the minced garlic to the pot, give a few turns and add the chorizo ​​slices. We remove everything.
  3. Then we add the sweet paprika. We stir quickly so that it does not burn us.
  4. Immediately add the chickpeas and cover with cold water, close the pot and when the steam starts to come out, we will count for about 25-30 minutes. We let cool, we open.
  5. Peel and cut the potatoes, add them to the pot and close again.
  6. We close the pot and when the steam starts to come out we will count about 15 minutes.
  7. After this time we open the pot. We put the pot on the fire again, we taste the salt and rectify it.
  8. If you like that you have a thicker broth, we will crush some potatoes and chickpeas and add them to the pot, so we will have a delicious dish !!!
