A simple, fast and economical spoon dish, which can be prepared from one day to the next. And if you like spicy, add the spicy chorizo and it will give it a very rich point.

- 500 gr. dried chickpeas
- 1 cebolla
- 2 sausage
- 4-5 potatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- A spurt of oil
Preparation
- To make this chickpea dish with chorizo and potatoes, we will first soak the chickpeas for about 12 hours. We will put them in a saucepan covered with water.
- We put the pot on the fire with a jet of oil. Chop the onion, add it to the pot and brown it a little. Then we cut the garlic and the chorizo into pieces or slices, add the minced garlic to the pot, give a few turns and add the chorizo slices. We remove everything.
- Then we add the sweet paprika. We stir quickly so that it does not burn us.
- Immediately add the chickpeas and cover with cold water, close the pot and when the steam starts to come out, we will count for about 25-30 minutes. We let cool, we open.
- Peel and cut the potatoes, add them to the pot and close again.
- We close the pot and when the steam starts to come out we will count about 15 minutes.
- After this time we open the pot. We put the pot on the fire again, we taste the salt and rectify it.
- If you like that you have a thicker broth, we will crush some potatoes and chickpeas and add them to the pot, so we will have a delicious dish !!!
