Chickpeas with broccoli and salmon in soy sauce

Chickpeas with broccoli and salmon in soy sauce

We started the weekend by preparing a harvesting recipe. A recipe that helped me remove leftovers from previous preparations from the fridge. Specifically, some chickpeas and some broccoli flowers, both cooked. Starting from these, I prepared the chickpeas with broccoli and salmon in soy sauce that I propose to you today.

This may be an improvised recipe but it is no worse for that. In fact, at home we liked it so much that we will repeat. The salmon it is an ingredient capable of raising any recipe; we love it, although we know that not all of you will share the same weakness. If not, you can substitute it for chicken, better?

Soy sauce He finishes giving this recipe that point of grace that makes it so attractive. It is not a product that I like to abuse, so in addition to using it little, when I use it I do it in moderation. For this recipe only one level scoop. Enough for me!
