Chicken rolled in serrano ham and cheese in cream sauce

Preparation

Meanwhile, we are doing the cream and cheese sauce. To do this, in a separate casserole, we will place the two cream bricks together with the grated cheese, we will put a soft fire until the cheese is melted. We will stir well, and at the first boil we will incorporate it into the pan together with the fillets.
We will cook for about 15 minutes over low heat with a lid on, so that the heat circulates and cooks completely. From time to time stir the sauce.
